Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of The Cleaning Collective Hub website, courses, mentorship programmes, business tools, document bundles and Done-For-You management services. By using the website or buying a service, you agree to these terms.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for everything that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information when you sign up. We may suspend or close accounts that are misused, shared inappropriately, or used to harm the platform or other users.

When you buy a course, mentorship membership, document bundle or template, you get access for your own personal business use. You must not share your login, resell, copy or redistribute our course materials, templates, documents or recordings.

Document bundles and templates are delivered as digital downloads after payment. Because digital products are delivered instantly, they are non-refundable once downloaded, except where the law says otherwise.

Mentorship memberships (including the Starter Club monthly subscription) renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Done-For-You management is a monthly service. We will carry out the agreed management activities for your cleaning business, but we do not guarantee any particular level of customers, bookings or revenue. Your business results depend on many factors outside our control.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include any applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. If a payment fails or a subscription is cancelled, access to the related service may be paused or removed. If you believe you are owed a refund, contact us and we will review it fairly.

• Do not use the platform for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.
• Do not try to access other people's accounts or data, or interfere with the platform's security.
• Do not copy, scrape or republish platform content without permission.

All content on the Hub — including courses, templates, documents, videos, text and branding — belongs to The Cleaning Collective Hub or its licensors. Buying a product gives you a licence to use it for your own business; it does not transfer ownership to you.

We work hard to keep the platform accurate, available and secure, but we provide it "as is" and cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Guidance, templates and tools are general business resources, not legal, tax or financial advice. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses (such as lost profits) arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will note the new date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
