The Cleaning Collective Hub ("we", "us", "the Hub") provides courses, mentorship, business tools and Done-For-You management services for cleaning business owners. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe.

Account information. When you create an account or sign in, we collect your name and email address. If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us so we can create and secure your account.

Purchase information. When you buy a course, mentorship, consultation, document bundle or management service, we record what you bought and when. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

Information you give us. This includes forms you fill in (such as business details, cleaner requests, partner applications and support chats), documents you upload, and messages you send through the platform.

Usage information. We keep a record of sign-ins (time, approximate location and device) to keep accounts secure, and we collect anonymous, aggregate website analytics to understand how visitors use the site.

• To provide the services you bought or signed up for, including courses, mentorship, document bundles and management services.
• To create and secure your account, and to let you sign in.
• To send you receipts, purchase confirmations, document downloads and service updates by email.
• To respond to your support requests and chat messages.
• To improve our website, courses and services.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the Hub:

• Stripe — to process payments securely.
• Google — if you choose to sign in with your Google account.
• Our hosting and database provider — to store your account and platform data securely.

If you are a Done-For-You management client, only your assigned account manager and authorised Hub team members can see your business information. Other clients and mentees cannot see it.

We keep your information for as long as you have an account with us, and afterwards only where we need to for legal, tax or accounting reasons. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR), you have the right to:

• Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct information that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete your information.
• Object to or restrict how we use your information.
• Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you are unhappy with how we handle your data.
